1. Order Cancellation (Before Project Start)

The cancellation request is submitted before any project work has commenced.
No initial discovery call, briefing session, or design/development work has been started.
Once work has begun (including research, wireframing, meetings, or drafts), the project is considered “in progress,” and our Refund Policy will apply instead.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during onboarding.
If we are unable to proceed due to missing or incorrect details (e.g. content, login credentials, briefings), we will notify you promptly and allow time for correction.
If, after a reasonable period, we determine that we cannot proceed with the project, we may cancel the order and issue a partial or full refund, depending on the work already performed.
