Due to the nature of our work—custom web design, branding, and software development—all services are considered non-tangible, digital goods. As such, we generally do not offer refunds once the service process has commenced, except in exceptional cases outlined below.

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

You request cancellation before the work has started.

We fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe, and no mutual resolution can be reached.

3. No Refund Policy (Completed Projects)
Once the project has been delivered (either partially or fully), or if you’ve approved milestones during a multi-phase process, no refunds will be granted.

This applies to:

Website or app design that has been sent or published

Branding assets (logos, guidelines, mockups) that have been delivered

Strategic consulting sessions already conducted
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication violates our terms.

In case of disputes:

We will provide documented proof of work

Our business is registered under local and international digital service standards

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent claims or misuse
5. Exchanges or Modifications
While we do not provide direct exchanges for digital services, you may request reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement. Additional requests beyond scope may incur extra fees.
