At Nextify Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional digital services, including custom web design, branding, and software development. Because of the nature of our work, our Return & Refund Policy is tailored specifically for non-tangible digital products and services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the custom and digital nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds once work has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances.

You may request a refund only if:

You cancel the order before any project work has started

We are unable to deliver the service due to internal issues or unresolvable delays on our end

Both parties mutually agree that the project should be terminated

We reserve the right to review each case individually and determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be issued if:

You change your mind after work has started

You fail to provide required materials, feedback, or access credentials

You are dissatisfied due to reasons outside the original scope of the service

Partial refunds may be considered in the event of incomplete delivery, depending on how much work has been completed and documented.
3. Defective or Undelivered Work
If you believe the delivered work is incomplete or not aligned with agreed terms, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Review your concern

Offer revisions (if within the scope)

Or process a partial/full refund if the service failure is on our side

4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method used. Please allow 6–8 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be documented via invoice for transparency.
5. Revisions & Edits
We offer a set number of free revisions as part of most service packages. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may be billable.

We recommend you review proposals, drafts, and deliveries carefully and communicate feedback clearly and promptly.
